During a severe storm, prioritize safety and assume signal might be unreliable or nonexistent. Have offline maps and a physical compass ready.

Enhancing Your Resilience: While you can't control the weather, you can influence your signal's chances. Seeking higher ground often improves line of sight to cell towers.
